Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
- Tamper-Proof Tag Requirement
Each of our products is equipped with a tamper-proof tag to ensure product integrity. If this tag is damaged, removed, or tampered with, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange. - Time Frame for Returns
To prevent the risk of spreading skin conditions among pets, we only accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with the tamper-proof tag intact. - Condition of Items
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and free from any pet hair or damage.
- Items showing signs of wear or without the tamper-proof tag will not be eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at service@petcique.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and photos of the product (including the tamper-proof tag).
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the product meets our return criteria, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items with a damaged or missing tamper-proof tag.
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
